Terms of Service
Last updated: May 12, 2026
These terms of service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the PostFlip service available at postflip.app. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms in full.
1. Definitions
- Service: the PostFlip application available at postflip.app
- User: any person holding a PostFlip account
- PostFlip: the act of transforming a LinkedIn post into adapted formats
- Publisher: the individual operator of the PostFlip service
2. Access to the service
Access to the service requires creating an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any use of the service through your account is attributable to you.
The service is reserved for adult natural persons or legal entities with authorized legal representation.
3. Plans and features
3.1 Free plan
The free plan is available without a credit card. Recast history is not retained on the free plan.
3.2 Pro plan
The Pro plan is billed at €9.99 per month (incl. tax) via Stripe. It provides 100 recasts per month, access to the full history and priority support. The subscription has no minimum term.
4. Payment and billing
Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Billing is monthly, on the subscription date. In the event of a payment failure, Pro access is suspended after a 3-day grace period and an email notification.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services whose performance has begun with your consent before the end of the withdrawal period.
5. Termination
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account or by contacting hello@postflip.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is made.
The publisher reserves the right to terminate or suspend an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, in particular abusive use, attempts to circumvent the service's limits or fraudulent behavior.
6. Content ownership
You are the sole owner of the LinkedIn posts you submit and the generated content. By using the service, you grant PostFlip a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to process your content for the sole purpose of providing the service.
You declare that you hold the necessary rights to the submitted content and undertake not to submit illegal, defamatory, insulting content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
7. Acceptable use
It is forbidden to use PostFlip to:
- Circumvent the limits of the free plan via scripts or multiple accounts
- Generate illegal or hateful content, or content that harms third parties
- Resell or redistribute the service without written authorization
- Reverse-engineer or extract the service's algorithms
- Overload the servers with excessive automated requests
8. Availability and changes to the service
The publisher undertakes to keep the service available without guaranteeing 100% availability. Maintenance interruptions may occur, with notice where possible.
The publisher reserves the right to change features, pricing (with 30 days' notice) or to discontinue the service (with 60 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of ongoing subscriptions).
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the last 12 months. The publisher is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of revenue or commercial harm resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
PostFlip generates content as a writing aid. The user alone is responsible for proofreading, relevance and publication of the generated content.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing agreement, the French courts have sole jurisdiction.
11. Changes to the Terms
The publisher may amend these Terms. In the event of a substantial change, users will be notified by email with 15 days' notice. Continued use of the service after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
